True, he denied a permit to have a huge demonstration on a newly-restored lawn. However, he has been a fine improver and protector of New York parks, parks in all neighborhoods and all boroughs, for all classes. He should be cut a certain amount of slack. His plan is to plant a million more trees in New York City. More power to him. Benape –
